After Bob’s Kamehame Moonwalk we all went over to Kona Brewing Company for dinner. Here is the Captain Cook Pizza which has tomato sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan sausage, Canadian bacon, pepperoni, tomatoes, mushrooms and black olives. Add one of their handcrafted brews for a perfect meal. This location opened in 2003 on the docks of Koko Marina (the original location is still open in Kona on the Big Island). They regularly brew 10 styles of beer including the famous Big Wave Golden Ale and Fire Rock Ale. Add the awesome view and a menu of luscious appetizers and entrees including fish, meat & pizza you can see why this is a popular Hawaii Kai hangout. Sadly we ate all the yummy pizza so there are no leftovers for our blog readers… maybe next time.
