We continue Restaurant Week Hawaii 2014 with a visit to Wolfgang’s Steakhouse in Waikiki. This is the USDA Prime Dry-Aged New York Sirloin Steak with mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. This photo is how the dish was presented by the servers. The steak is actually 12 ounces with the bone and the rest of the dish on the sizzling serving platter. At first I was confused but when I tried to put the rest of the pieces on the plate the photo just didn’t come out as nice so its all about the presentation. The steak was awesome especially when you drizzled some of the juices over the pieces.
