Here is the Crawfish Etoufee served at the downtown Mardi Gras party last night in Honolulu. It was prepared by Du Vin and loaded with crawfish. It was all part of a giant block party that featured all sorts of Cajun foods (alligator, jambalaya, po boy, gumbo, Andouille sausages and much more), drinks, music, entertainment and of course tons and tons of beads. I was especially pleased that this years block party seemed to feature more themed food than the past years. If you missed it don’t fear St. Patricks Day is right around the corner.
