Continuing my Restaurant Week dinner at Stage Restaurant here is the Asian Style Braised Beef Shortribs with Hamakua Mushrooms, Scallion Puree, Garlic Miso Aioli and Potato Puree. The piece was tender enough to melt in your mouth and the combination of ingredients were incredible. Located int he Honolulu Design Center Stage features contemporary Asian-American Cuisine showcasing premium locally grown fresh ingredients and over 500 selection of wine to go with your dinner.
