Here is a display of ancient Hawaii fishhooks in Hawaiian Hall at the Bishop Museum. Items are displayed in glass cases. As part of the renovated displays there are certain descriptions in both Hawaiian and English to help you learn more about the Hawaiian culture. There are also some interactive multimedia displays to provide additional information. Bishop Museum makes every effort to ensure that artifacts are handled with care and according to cultural and conservation standards. The artifacts are rotated over time so repeat visitors will see different items.
